Key responsibilities

Lead transformation across financial crime, embedding AI, automation, and data-driven decision making.

Design and optimise financial crime systems, processes, and controls.

Act as the connector between Compliance, Product, Ops, and Tech.

Ensure robust governance, risk ownership, and scalable solutions.

About you

Senior experience in financial crime within fintech, banking, or regulated environments.

Strong knowledge of FCA, JMLSG, and MLRs.

Expertise in financial crime systems and automation.

Strategic thinker with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
