About the Role:

Our client based in Padiham is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Operative to join their team on a full-time temporary basis. This is a hands-on role focused on assembling small components and performing quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble small components with precision and care
• Conduct visual and manual quality checks on finished products
• Identify and report defects or non-conformities
• Maintain a clean and organised work area
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times
• Accurately complete production and quality control documentation

Key Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under minimal supervision
• Previous experience in a production or assembly environment is desirable but not essential
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to work as part of a team

Additional Information:

• Immediate start available
• Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8am till 5pm, Friday 7.50am till 1.45pm.
