Job Description

The role involves providing excellent customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. The candidate should have an individualized style that connects with customers, engage genuinely to drive sales, and ensure an exciting, efficient store experience. Responsibilities include overseeing stockroom functions such as receiving shipments, organizing merchandise, and replenishing the sales floor, especially in the absence of a manager.

Work ScheduleLeads work schedules typically spread across 5 days weekly, including most Saturdays, some Sundays, and peak holiday periods.
