This offers the opportunity to oversee clinical governance, staffing, and service delivery across a respected 100-bed facility specialising in adult and adolescent mental health, addiction recovery, and eating disorder treatment.
 
 Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical strategy and operational excellence across all departments
• Drive quality improvement, compliance, and patient safety
• Manage clinical budgets and workforce planning
• Deputise for the Hospital Director when required

• Senior-level hospital management experience
• Deep understanding of statutory regulations and clinical governance
• Proven leadership in driving innovation and service improvement
• Strong financial acumen and people management skills

• £70,000 annual salary
