As a Senior Production Operative, you will:

Be responsible for the entire production process of implants. This includes everything from cutting and sewing fabric to packaging, sterilizing, and shipping the final product. A portion of your work will take place in a clean manufacturing area within the facility.

Ensuring all manufacturing documentation is completed and stored correctly

Communicating with customers and distributors to process orders and patient data

Monitoring equipment and alerting the Production Manager to maintenance or supply needs

Working with the team on continuous improvement initiatives.

To be successful as a Senior Production Operative, you will:

Have a focused, positive, and enthusiastic personality

A strong attention to detail and a high level of conscientiousness

You should be comfortable working effectively within a small team

Have cleanroom experience

Be confident in sewing and using a sewing machine or willingness to learn

An understanding of manufacturing processes

Good computer literacy, as you will be responsible for data input, filing patient data, and manipulating digital images

In return, my client are offering an annual salary of up to -35,000 per annum. Please note, this is a full-time permanent position.
