Thrilled to be partnering with an independent Film studio I''ve worked with for over a decade, recruiting their entire Finance function.This newly created role will see you support the growing slate of independent feature films, comprising 6-7 existing productions alongside 3-4 new films each year. Working closely with the Production Finance Manager, you will:Take ownership of the financial accounting, reporting, compliance, and audit processes across all production SPVs and commissioning entities.Ensure accurate consolidation into the Group''s financial systems, maintain robust accounting records across multiple productions.Play a key role in preparing tax credit claims and responding to auditor queries.Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements for SPVs, ensuring accurate consolidationLead the preparation of production audit packs, alongside the individual production FC, including detailed supporting schedules for all production entities.Work closely with external auditors throughout the year, acting as a primary contact for all production-related audit queries.Ensure SPVs comply with statutory, contractual, and partner reporting obligations.Support the Production Finance Manager with slate-level analyses, variance commentary, and reporting packs.Maintain oversight of production-level financial documentation, ensuring robust audit trails and consistent filing practices.This role is ideal for a CA/ ACCA qualified accountant from a Film/TV audit practice (e.g. ..... full job details .....
