You will be accountable for the day-to-day performance of your division working alongside the team to deliver results by exceeding the guests expectations with a working pattern of 5 days out of 7.You will need to conduct performance reviews, regular check-ins and be responsible for engagement of the team for which you have accountability. Deliver in the moment coaching to the team as a whole, as well as regular individual training. You need to show awareness of market trend and be prepared to implement new initiatives and demonstrate collaboration with other departments.
