The Buyer will lead procurement activities within the Engineering Services Procurement Sub-Commodity. The Role: Implementing the procurement strategy defined by the Commodity ProcurementManage procurement projects and call for tenders with multi-divisional scope within the scope of the Building and Construction Team and international scope on demand, including within Building sub-commodity PJRB.Develop and maintain an efficient supply chain capable to deliver goods/services.Ensure that deliverables are in line with the contractual terms (cost, time, quality).Deliver on initiatives contributing to Savings Programmes using the levers of requirements harmonisation/standardization, challenge of the specifications, volume aggregation, and control of the demand.
