Start Date: Immediate
Contract: Full-time / Part-Time - Term time only
Salary: -90 - -95 per day

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic SEMH Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream school in Low Moor, Bradford. This is a rewarding opportunity for a SEMH Teaching Assistant to work closely with pupils who require additional emotional and behavioural support, helping them to engage positively with their education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
- Build trusting relationships to support emotional regulation and positive behaviour
- Assist with the delivery of personalised learning plans and therapeutic interventions
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external agencies
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and structured learning environment
- Experience working with children or young people with SEMH or behavioural needs
- A calm, patient, and consistent approach to behaviour management
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. Level 2/3 TA, Team Teach, MAPA) are desirable
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
