We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager / PMO to take ownership of multiple concurrent healthcare estates construction projects. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can provide robust reporting and monitoring, coordinate actions across multiple workstreams, and directly manage project delivery whilst maintaining oversight of related construction activities. The portfolio includes site handbacks, specialist laboratory fit-outs, and critical infrastructure hub construction within a healthcare environment. Must have the following to apply: Proven PM experience within construction or estates environments Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical sector experience (NHS highly desirable) Refurbishment and fit-out project delivery experience Engineering or construction background Strong knowledge of Building Services including MandE, HVAC, clean rooms, and cold storage Working knowledge of CDM Regulations, Building Safety Act, and Fire Safety Regulations Health and Safety expertise within construction environments Excellent stakeholder coordination and reporting skills Ability to manage directly and indirectly across concurrent projects Desirable knowledge: Medical gases BREEAM assessment Hazardous waste management Please do not apply if: You do not have healthcare or pharmaceutical construction experience You are a pure IT or digital project manager You cannot demonstrate reporting and construction expertise You are not comfortable managing multiple ..... full job details .....
