As the Deputy Manager, you''ll lead the delivery of optimal nursing care across the home and assist with general operations. Essential

Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult or RMN)Essential

Significant experience caring for older adults with a range of complex health needs such as dementiaEssential

Experience in managing care plans, safeguarding investigations and risk assessmentsEssential
