We''re looking for an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour and Enforcement Officer to help create safer, stronger communities by managing anti-social behaviour cases and delivering effective enforcement solutions.

Key Responsibilities
££ Manage a varied caseload of anti-social behaviour and hate crime cases.
££ Investigate complaints and identify practical, customer-focused solutions.
££ Work closely with police, local authorities and partner agencies.
££ Prepare legal documentation and attend court proceedings when required.
££ Build positive relationships with customers while resolving complex situations.
££ Provide advice and support to colleagues on enforcement matters.

What We''re Looking For
££ Experience managing anti-social behaviour or enforcement cases.
££ Knowledge of court procedures and legal casework.
££ Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.
££ Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
££ Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
