A well-established utilities and infrastructure contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team in Sheffield.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a long-term wastewater infrastructure framework, supporting the maintenance and improvement of a regional network.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Managing cost control and commercial performance across projects

• 
  

  Preparing applications for payment and valuations

• 
  

  Managing variations, change control, and contractual entitlements

• 
  

  Supporting operational teams with commercial and contractual matters

• 
  

  Producing financial reports and forecasts

• 
  

  Managing subcontractor accounts

Requirements

• 
  

  HNC or Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar

• 
  

  Previous experience in a Quantity Surveyor role

• 
  

  Experience within utilities, civils, or infrastructure preferred

• 
  

  Strong commercial awareness and Excel skills

• 
  

  Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
