Define and deliver the short, medium, and long-term Product and Proposition strategy aligned with Bupa’s Savannah goals.Lead the end-to-end proposition lifecycle, ensuring alignment with customer needs and operational efficiency.Review the current marketing, product and proposition portfolio to identify opportunities to optimise and align to Savannah strategy, leveraging digital, marketing and service strategies.Design and oversee implementation of the end-to-end proposition lifecycle, ensuring efficient product operations and connected care, and driving operational efficiency.Develop and manage the Marketing strategy and solutions to deliver Health Services and Market unit Propositions; ensure marketing plans support the commercial strategy and growth plans.Build the brand proposition using customer and data insights.Collaborate with executive stakeholders to shape and deliver strategic outcomes across the business.Lead transformation initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational performance.Mentor and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen

Define and deliver the Product and Proposition strategy aligned with Bupa’s Savannah goals.Lead cross-functional collaboration to implement market-leading propositions and Connected Care journeys.Partner with Health Services General Manager and leadership teams to design and deliver Marketing and Proposition strategy; develop multi-channel proposition solutions to meet Annual Operating Plan objectives.Key Skills / Qualifications

We’re looking for a leader with:Demonstrated ability to generate innovative ideas for new products from inception to market launch, with strong product lifecycle management (essential).Proven expertise in strategic planning, organisational development, project management, leadership, and decision-making.Extensive product development experience, taking propositions to market from inception to delivery.Previous experience from a retail/FMCG background at director level (essential).Proven experience in managing and engaging high-performing teams.Proven ability to drive change by turning ideas into actions and results; comfortable with ambiguity and incomplete data.Experience working within a product operating model; customer-first mindset and analytical curiosity.Strong communication and influencing skills; ability to present complex issues clearly and at all organizational levels.Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving capabilities; ability to manage demanding workloads and tight deadlines.Benefits
