Technical Trainer - Crawley (Hybrid Working)- Permanent- £50kWe are seeking an experienced Technical Trainer for our client based in Crawley on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for delivery technical training sessions in the UK and internationally, both in person and via virtual instructor led sessions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training accuracy and consistency as well as providing learner feedback and contribute to continuous improvement of global training standards.Skills and experience required-Technical ExpertiseStrong understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS, routing basics, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs)Experience installing and troubleshooting network-connected devicesAbility to diagnose issues spanning hardware, software, networking, and cloud connectivitySolid electrical/electronic troubleshooting skillsTraining and Communication SkillsExperience delivering technical training (classroom, hands-on, or virtual)Ability to simplify complex IT and electronics concepts for varied audiencesExcellent presentation, communication, and organisational skillsRecognised training qualification desirable but not essential Travel and EnvironmentBased in Crawley, UKUp to 50% international travel in some monthsOccasional weekend travel or training deliveryOpportunity to work with diverse global engineering teamsIf you are a technically strong engineer who enjoys developing others and working with connected medical technologies, ..... full job details .....
