About the Role of a Support Worker - Complex Needs. This is a varied and fulfilling role working across three services: Weekend Day Care (Saturday and Sunday) Overnight Respite (Friday and Saturday nights) School Holiday Programme (7 days per week during school holidays) Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week (including evenings, weekends, and night shifts) As a Support Worker - Complex Needs, you ll be working on a rota that includes: One full weekend Two half weekends One weekend off per month Weekday hours: 9am 5pm (office-based) Weekend shifts: Early: 7:00am 4:30pm Late: 3:30pm 10:00pm Occasional sleep-in and night shifts required As a Support Worker - Complex Needs, your responsibilities include: Providing high-quality care for children with Autism and other complex needs, including personal care and manual handling (hoisting) Managing a small caseload as a key worker Writing reports, care plans, and contributing to service planning Supporting children with challenging behaviours in a safe and compassionate way Working collaboratively with colleagues and families About You as a Support Worker - Complex Needs: We re looking for someone who is: Experienced in working with children ideally ..... full job details .....
