The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of children and young people requiring assessment, treatment, and intervention in home, school, and clinic settings across Chorley and South Ribble. Key Responsibilities: Assess and treat children aged 3-18 with motor coordination difficulties, sensory processing issues, and complex developmental/neurological conditions. Conduct assessments using standardised tools and department-specific paperwork. Provide postural and equipment assessments, environmental adaptations, and functional evaluations. Complete triage conversations with families to determine appropriate levels of service involvement. Engage in telephone consultations to establish family priorities, set goals, and deliver advice/resources. Deliver care in a variety of settings including schools, clinics, and family homes.
