We are seeking an articulate, polished and professional
Team Leader
to head up our Reception, Reservations and Events function. This role is the first point of contact for
Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients
and their representatives at one of the world''s most prestigious international private banks.Your ability to
communicate clearly and confidently in both written and spoken English
will be essential as you manage client interactions, lead your team, and coordinate meetings and events to the highest standard.What We''re Looking For:
Outstanding communication skills
in English, both written and verbal – you must be able to converse fluently, write professionally, and adapt your style to suit the client
A confident, service-led individual who thrives in a polished, professional environment
A warm, approachable personality with the ability to manage your team with empathy, positivity and impact
Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle last-minute requests with calm efficiency
A keen interest in seasonal food and wine (preferred but not essential)
Experience using EMS booking systems is desirable, though full training will be given
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the front of house team to deliver a seamless, five-star service across 25 meeting rooms and private dining spaces
Be the
central communication link
between clients, PAs, executive assistants, the Hospitality Manager and the Head Chef
Manage and communicate client requirements, dietary needs and bespoke event details with precision
Handle last-minute bookings and changes with professionalism and composure
Coordinate small corporate events and intimate dining experiences to ensure every detail exceeds expectations
Report directly to the Duty Manager, playing a key role in the client journey and experience
