Role Description

This is a full-time remote and commission only position for an Estate Agent at Frestons. The Estate Agent will be responsible for conducting viewings, doing property valuations, generating leads through door knocking, calling applicants and providing top customer service. The role is based in the North London Area with a split of remote working and attending appointments.

Benefits

Qualifications

• Driving licences and access to own car required
• 1 year of Sales or Estate Agents experience is recommended
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Strong customer experiences and phone etiquette
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated, resilient and organised
• Knowledge of local area and property market trends
