The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching and support staff to help create a positive, structured and supportive learning environment. Your role will focus on providing tailored support to pupils with ASD and SEMH, both in the classroom and through targeted one-to-one or small group interventions. You will assist with the delivery of personalised learning plans, adapt resources to meet individual needs, and support pupils in developing their academic, social and emotional skills.
