Job Title: Management Accountant Location: Manchester (Hybrid working available) Salary: 50,000 - 52,000 Contract: Permanent, Full-time About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Management Accountant to join our finance team in Manchester. This role will play a key part in delivering accurate financial reporting, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving business performance across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Preparation of monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and commentary Budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning support Analysis of financial performance and provision of clear insights to senior stakeholders Business partnering with operational teams to support commercial decision-making Balance sheet reconciliations and month-end close activities Support year-end accounts and liaise with auditors as required Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial controls and efficiency About You Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) Proven experience in a management accounting role Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator, able to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders Proficient in Excel and familiar with financial systems/ERP software Proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Hybrid and flexible working options Opportunities for ..... full job details .....
