As a Building Surveyor, you will provide expert advice on property and construction, ranging from large value projects to smaller works and repairs. Your role will involve conducting detailed reports, specifications, and building surveys, identifying defects, and offering guidance on repair, maintenance, restoration, and remedial options. You will also play a key role in managing projects, including those related to PFI hospitals, local authority properties, social housing, and listed buildings In addition to delivering high-quality technical services, you will liaise with clients, construction companies, and other relevant stakeholders.
