Contract Duration: 3+ Months
Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £15.82 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the assigned housing facilities.

• Ensure all areas are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety regulations.

• Use cleaning equipment and supplies responsibly and report any maintenance issues.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.

• Be flexible with working hours and adapt to different cleaning tasks as needed.

Person Specifications

• Proven experience in cleaning, preferably in a housing or similar environment.

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and supervisors.

• Flexibility in working hours and the ability to adapt to various cleaning duties.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Enhanced DBS disclosure required, valid within the last 12 months.

• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
