As we embark on exciting new developments, were seeking a passionate and strategic Sales Manager to elevate our commercial performance and brand presence.Your Role at a GlanceAs a Sales Manager, you will lead the events and revenue team, driving sales across all market segments including corporate, leisure, MICE, and luxury group travel. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and understands the nuances of luxury hospitality.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement an annual sales plan aligned with business goals.Identify new revenue opportunities and market trends.Collaborate with senior leadership on cross-functional initiatives.Drive revenue across rooms, FandB, spa, and events through targeted B2B and B2C strategies.Manage and grow key accounts and partnerships.Monitor performance metrics and adjust tactics to exceed targets.Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel trade partners, and event planners.Represent The Vineyard at industry events and networking functions.Maintain visibility within the local and national luxury hospitality market.Work closely with hotel operations, reservations, and Monogram Collectives commercial team.About YouEssential Experience and SkillsProven success in a senior sales role within luxury hospitality.Strong knowledge of the UK luxury travel and events market.Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.Commercially astute with a strategic mindset.Inspirational team leader with a track record of high performance.Proficient in CRM and hotel management software.DesirableFamiliarity with the Berkshire hospitality market.Experience in wine tourism or culinary/lifestyle brand partnerships.Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.Why Join Us?At The Monogram Collective, youll be part of a passionate team shaping the future of luxury hospitality.
