On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Property / Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive on a permanent basis, part-time and full-time hours considered with hybrid working available.The Role:The primary focus of the role will be on property-related disputes, to include landlord and tenant matters. However, there may be some opportunity to undertake wider commercial litigation (to include insolvency and debt recovery that may flow from property matters).Skills and Experience required:You may be a newly qualified Solicitor or have up to 5 years’ PQE.In addition to excellent client skills, you will demonstrate enthusiasm and a high level of commitment to your work.
