Site Manager

A respected and long-established contractor in the North West is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver internal and external refurbishment works within the social housing sector. The company has a strong pipeline of projects across the region, with a reputation for quality, collaboration, and community impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on site, ensuring works are delivered to programme, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors, direct labour, and suppliers efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and conduct regular site inspections.
- Coordinate with residents, client representatives, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate site records, reports, and progress updates are maintained.
- Support the Contracts Manager in driving project success.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing refurbishment or planned maintenance projects within the Social Housing sector.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
