As a Pre Sales/Post Sales Associate, you’ll contribute across both customer success and supporting our sales team - onboarding customers as they evaluate, adopt, and scale Auquan’s AI solutions. Working closely with senior colleagues, you’ll be involved in onboarding, solution mapping, user training, and ensuring continued customer value—building practical experience in client engagement, technical workflows, and applied AI in financial services.This role offers a strong foundation for professionals interested in developing into consultative, high-impact pre and post sales leaders over time.What You’ll DoSupport solution design – Work with clients and Auquan''s team to translate business needs into operational workflows powered by Auquan’s platform.Assist with onboarding – Help configure and implement solutions for new clients, contributing to a smooth and successful launch.Engage across the lifecycle – Contribute to both pre-sales and post-sales success discovery and planning.Develop scalable enablement content – Create guides, training materials, and internal documentation to support the customer success aspect of the roleTrack engagement and success metrics – Monitor usage and outcomes, identify friction points, and propose optimizations.Support troubleshooting and escalations – Coordinate with engineering and product teams to resolve issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Influence product strategy – Bring user feedback and usage insights to shape future product development.What We’re Looking For1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role in financial services, technology and/or consulting (e.g. Customer Success at an AI startup, Presales, Product Analyst, Solutions Engineer backgrounds).Top-tier academic background, ideally in STEM, economics, data science, or related fields.Knowledge of financial services industry and/or customer profiles across buy side and sell sideStrong analytical mindset and structured approach to solving customer problems.Clear communicator—able to present ideas persuasively and adapt style across audiences.Comfortable working in technical environments; hands-on working with data and familiar with approaching tasks using AI tooling, LLMs (e.g ChatGPT, Gemini, Retool, etc.)Curious and proactive, with a desire to learn quickly and take ownership of outcomes.Ability to thrive in ambiguity—comfortable working on new use cases and setting up processes with evolving playbooks.High standards and attention to detail, especially in documentation, analysis, and client communication.What Auquan OffersCompetitive equity package, healthcare, pension and flexible PTOThe salary range for this role is between £40,000 and £60,000 for London-based candidates.
