We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Plumbers, Maintenance Operatives , Electrical Engineers, Gas Engineers, Carpenters to join facilities maintenance team. You will play a key role in ensuring that buildings and facilities are maintained to a high standard across hospitality and retail clients. Key Responsibilities Carry out reactive repairs and some planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across various sites Undertake plumbing, carpentry, basic electrical tasks, gas tasks, multi-trade, and general building fabric maintenance tasks Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used Liaise with clients and internal teams Requirements Proven experience in a facilities maintenance or building services role Good working knowledge of trade - carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, gas work, multi-trade etc. Full UK driving licence (essential) NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade (preferred) Strong ..... full job details .....
