As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will be working with and supporting children, most of which have an EHCP, on a 1:1, small group or general classroom basis.If you have personal experience of SEN or Mental Health or have built experience via a qualification, or through your own volunteering and paid work, this role will really help build on your experience.
