Position: Freelance Senior Technical Services Manager, Fit Out, London, -450+ per day

We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Technical Services Manager to join a major fit out project in London, with an immediate start.

This is a great opportunity to work on a large scale and high profile scheme, offering long term freelance work for the right individual.

Role:

You will be responsible for the delivery and coordination of certain technical services packages across the project, ensuring successful integration, commissioning and handover.

A key part of this role will involve managing critical shutdown activities, so previous experience in this area is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all MEP and technical services elements on site
Manage and coordinate commissioning activities from start through to handover
Plan and deliver critical shutdowns with minimal disruption
Take ownership of fire, security and integrated building systems
Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and client teams
Ensure all systems are delivered in line with programme and quality expectations

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Technical Services Manager or similar on large fit out projects
Strong background in commissioning and system integration
Demonstrable experience managing critical shutdowns and working in live environments
Knowledge of fire, security and building management systems
Ability to drive programme and manage multiple packages

What is on offer

Day rate of -450 and above depending on experience
