A well-established planning consultancy is seeking a talented and driven Chartered Associate or Principal Planner to join their expanding team based in Hampshire. The firm is known for providing clear, practical advice and personalised service across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, leisure, energy, and heritage. Their client base spans national developers to private individuals, offering a diverse and rewarding portfolio.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage planning projects from inception to completion

Prepare appraisals, planning applications, and appeal documentation

Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Mentor junior team members and contribute to business growth initiatives

Represent clients at committee meetings and appeals

Qualifications

Be a chartered Planner and RTPI member

Have broad and substantial planning experience

Have strong commercial awareness of consultancy and development processes

Have a full driving licence (exceptions may be considered)
