With a consistent pipeline of work, particularly across warehouse refurbishments, and a growing department, they are now looking to strengthen their estimating team. In this role, you will work closely with a small, focused team, reporting to the Director of Refurb Estimating, supporting the preparation of tenders, attending site visits 1-2 times per week, and developing accurate cost estimates. This position is ideal for someone coming from a site-based background, such as a roofer, site operative, or site manager, who is looking to transition into an office-based role, as well as those with existing estimating experience in refurb projects.
