• Lead the creation of high-quality, persuasive proposals and grant applications.
• Collaborate with teams to develop competitive pricing models that align with project scopes.
• Maintain a strong customer focus, participating in client-facing meetings to understand requirements and present solutions.
• Work seamlessly across departments to ensure all bids are compliant, timely, and reflect our brand voice.

• At least 4 years of proven success in proposal or bid writing.
• Ideally, you have a background or significant experience working within a scientific or technical industry.
• Comfortable handling the Pricing and financial aspects of a bid.
• Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to engage directly with clients.
