Your responsibilities will include: Managing absence cases, particularly long-term onesHandling grievances and disciplinary mattersAddressing general HR queriesSupporting the delivery of organisational change programmesContributing to project-based work, including integrated training and policy implementationBuilding a knowledge base to support ongoing change initiatives Ideal Candidate:We are looking for someone who brings: NHS HR Experience: Your experience within the NHS is essentialAdvisory Experience: A strong background in absence management and employee relations will be essential.Project Delivery: Experience in delivering specific outcomes through project work is a plus, especially in organisational change programmes.Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ESR, Microsoft Office, and Teams is required.Flexible Work Style: You should be comfortable ..... full job details .....
