Our hotels majestic clock defines the citys skyline, and since the day we opened in 1902, it has run three minutes fast to ensure our guests will never miss their train.Your key responsibilitiesRocco Forte Hotels is a collection of iconic hotels that respects the individuality of its locations and team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.You will be working with our talented Chefs who are all passionate about using fresh seasonal produce whilst developing your own skills.You will support the Demi Chef de Partie and the Chef de Partie to ensure the smooth running of a station within our busy Brasserie Prince kitchen and facilitate the flawless delivery of our world-class menus.Duties will range from food preparation and mise-en-place to ensure service is seamless and ensuring health and safety practices are adhered to. Flexibility and an eagerness to learn are key, as you will be expected to support the wider kitchen team as and when required.
