Project Manager (Change)

Recruit Wealth are delighted to be representing one of our top tier national Financial Planning clients who now seek to recruit a Project Manager to the existing Project Management team.
This is an exciting and newly created opportunity to increase additional headcount.
The business offers Financial Planning and Wealth Management services to individual clients relating to regulated pension and investment advice across the UK.
The business is going from strength to strength with rapid growth and acquisitional expansion having Private Equity backing.

Role Responsibilities:
To support the successful planning, coordination, and implementation of change projects within the organisation.
This involves assisting in project documentation, resource coordinationand stakeholder collaboration to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
The role aims to facilitate smooth project execution and foster effective change management practices, contributing to the organisation’s strategic goals and technology transformation initiatives.
Support Project Planning & delivery: Assist in the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
Project Governance: Help develop project plans and associated communications documents. Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Resource Coordination: Assist in coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring resource availability and allocation.
Change Implementation: Support the implementation of project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Basic Project Management: Some experience in project management and delivery, supported by an industry recognised qualification such as Prince2.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-Solving: Great analytical and problem-solving skills.
Organisational Skills: Good time-management and organisational skills.
Technical Proficiency: Competent in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
Industry Knowledge: An understanding of the financial advice and wealth management industry is important.
Regulatory Awareness: Awareness of FCA regulations is a plus.
Understand Risk: Perform risk management analysis to minimise project risks.
