Contracts Manager (Roofing) £60,000 - £65,000 + Mobile / Site-based + Personal Use Vehicle + Fuel + Monday to Friday + Progress to Operations Manager Manchester, Greater Manchester Are you a Contracts Manager or similar from a Roofing background looking for a dynamic role overseeing up to 9 projects within a longstanding Roofing contractor who have steadily grown since the 1980''s and are providing the opportunity to progress into senior management and eventually move off the tools?This company are a leading Roofing company who work on a broad range of of projects across the commercial and residential sectors. They have continually developed since the 1980''s and have grown considerably and due to winning lots of new business, they require a hands-on approach Contracts Manager to oversee numerous projects.This varied role will see you working on a range of roofing projects from flat roofing to liquid across residential and commercial sectors. You will work closely with the teams on site in addition to working from the office once per week projects are being delivered correctly on time and within budget.
