Your role will be to provide an efficient, friendly, and professional service, resolving as many queries as possible at the first point of contact. You''ll also update customer records using internal IT systems and support wider service improvements and campaigns.This is a part-time role, working Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 14:00, making it ideal for those looking for a role that fits around other commitments.
