The Role As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with IT, HR teams, and other stakeholders across the business to ensure accurate, data-driven decisions and robust integrations throughout the Hire to Retire life cycle. Responsibilities Write SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyse data from various sources including databases, APIs, and spreadsheets. Map, clean, and process data to remove inconsistencies and errors. Perform exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends, and make recommendations for master data management. Present findings in a clear and actionable way to stakeholders. Collaborate with IT and system users to understand business requirements and ensure data accessibility and integrity. Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations, including GDPR. Monitor and troubleshoot data issues to detect, resolve, and optimise performance. Document data processes and workflows for both technical and non-technical audiences.
