Caddy Group are looking for Recruitment Consultants to join their team. We are looking for an experienced consultant to work with the Directors to expand and develop our team working on Temporary and Permanent vacancies for the Construction team. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Dealing with clients to generate new client relationships through business development and sales calls Advertising Roles Searching inhouse Database for suitable candidates Telephone screening candidates Recruit suitable candidates according to skills and experience to fit client requirements. Checking compliance for workers. Maintain and develop existing and new customers through continuous contact. Liaise and attend meetings necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
