Work within a high value claimant Catastrophic Injury and Clinical Negligence team Assist a very experienced team leader with matters including: - Take initial instructions - Identify and proof liability witnesses - Create and draft letters of claim - Attend conferences with experts, counsel and clients (alone or with the team) - Prepare all matters for issue - Manage all critical dates - and comply with court timetables - Prepare court documents including witness statements, claim forms, schedules of loss, particulars of claim, lists of documents etc - Instruct and brief counsel What will you need? To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive (with practicing rights, or very soon able to obtain these) To already be a Grade A or B Fee Earner4+ years PQE Ideally to have handled Multi-Track personal injury or clinical negligence casesEL/PL experience Catastrophic injury experience is useful but NOT essential Litigation and CPR knowledge handling litigated matters Experience handling agreed costs work Benefits Include: Salary up to £47,000 Annual bonus 100% ..... full job details .....
