A natural leader, who can look after both customers and staff.What we expect from you: Overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations Being a great leader and motivator, leading by example and being a role model Strong problem-solving skills and being able to keep calm under pressure Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast paced environment Daily shifts briefs and great communication with FOH and BOH teams. Be experienced with stock levels, inventory counts and ordering tools, scheduling and all aspects of team management Having a sense of urgency and a great eye for detail. Be organised and productive within your role, delivering great results by their deadlines.
