Rate: £351 - £435 per dayContract Length: 3 months ongoingKey Responsibilities Managing a caseload of complex public childcare law.Advising children''s services and internal stakeholders on safeguarding and care proceedings.Representing the authority at hearings and case conferences where required.Supporting the wider legal team with specialist childcare expertise. Requirements 5+ years of PQE in Childcare law as a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive in England and Wales.Strong specialist experience in Public Childcare law within a local authority.Proven ability to manage complex care proceedings and provide strategic legal advice. Our client offers flexible working arrangements and is open to discussing different working patterns.
