The role will entail delivering excellent service to clients and responsible for delivering key KPI s that directly impact the profitability of the business. Key Duties and Responsibilities: To accurately analyse claims and repair invoices, to ensure both client and internal quality measures are being achieved in line with processes/KPIs Be accountable for successfully identifying the correct liable party and achieving their acceptance prior to handing over to the Recovery Specialist; pursue and manage the correspondence day to day Be accountable for authorising repairs correctly and both client and internal quality measures are being achieved in line with processes/KPIs including Skills and Experience Required: Minimum education required is GCSE grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent) Advanced MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills Excellent administration, numeracy and literacy skills Professional and confident on the telephone Excellent accuracy and attention to detail Good verbal and written communication ..... full job details .....
