Customer Service Executive
We are recruiting a Customer Service Executive for an established and fast-growing manufacturer.
As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to customers. You will develop a strong understanding of customer needs, process orders efficiently and accurately, and provide proactive solutions to any issues that arise. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Management
. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
. Process orders with speed and accuracy
. Recommend alternative products when items are out of stock
. Promote new products and initiatives
. Maximise order fulfilment by liaising with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams
. Provide clear and confident product information over the phone
Customer Experience
. Deliver exceptional service, consistently going above and beyond
. Develop a detailed understanding of individual customer requirements
. Demonstrate empathy and offer practical, achievable solutions
. Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing
. Handle complaints professionally, aiming for positive resolution
