Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of candidate profiles and interactions. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks, responsibilities, and changing priorities within a fast-paced recruitment environment. Demonstrate a willingness and eagerness to learn about the recruitment process, industry and client expectations.
