Developing an ''as-is'' view of existing programmes across the business.. Creating a clear design approach for each journey based upon business prioritisation and architectural maturity.. Map out existing and ''to-be'' processes and approaches for the prioritised use cases, helping to determine and align on the build approach from POC onwards.. Aide the development of joined-up journey creation considering regime level journeys (starting with Income Tax and Corporation Tax), channel strategy, drive to digital and upstream compliance programmes..
