What you ll be doing: Providing expert tax advice on corporate reconstructions, group reorganisations, incorporations, and shareholder exit planning, including management buyouts and company purchase of own shares Drafting HMRC clearance letters, structure planning reports, and reviewing legal documents from a tax perspective Working closely with managers and directors in delivering projects across a varied client portfolio Liaising directly with clients via phone, Teams, and face-to-face meetings Researching and preparing proposals and tailored scopes of work Keeping up to date with changes in legislation and applying them practically What we re looking for: ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent ..... full job details .....
