Monday- Thursday 08:30am- 17:00pm, Fridays 08:30am- 3:30pmWe are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Commercial Finance Manager to oversee core operational finance functions, based in the Banbury office (Tibbetts Group Ltd, Tibbetts House, Beaumont Road, Banbury, OX16 1RH). This position will report directly to the Group Finance Director.PurposeThis role is critical to ensuring strong cash flow management, accurate monthly forecasting, while providing leadership to the Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams and adding commercial insight into business performance.
