Support takes place within individuals'' homes (including family homes) and out in the community, engaging in activities that bring joy and purpose.Every day will be different - whether it''s helping with personal care, preparing meals, or joining in on hobbies like football, drama, music nights, gardening, shopping, or attending social events. You''ll play an important role in empowering people to lead fulfilling, independent lives.This is a permanent, part-time role with contracts available between 20-30 hours per week. Shifts vary, and some weekend and evening work is required.
